As we all know google was working on its Project Ara for quite a while now in fact google this year on Google I/O even said that the developer edition of the phone will be made available this fall. That however is now not happening as a recent support suggests that google has canned the project.
While this may be bad news for many , there is also a good news in store. The report also says that google may license Ara's technology to others , opening up the possibility of modular phones from other companies. Motorola maybe?
